Action for Happiness

 Me Again support the charity Action for Happiness whose mission is to help people to take action for a happier and kinder world.

Research shows that happiness, kindness and compassion are the product of skills that can be learned and enhanced through training, thanks to the neuroplasticity of our brains.

We will be discussing the ‘Ten Keys to Happier Living’ and reflect on teach key in your own life. We will also be discussing the Action for Happiness theme of the month and how we can take action to spread happiness and become happier ourselves.

Me Again hold this Action for Happiness course on the second Friday of each month, 10am-11.30am. This course is currently being held on Zoom and you can join the course even if you have missed previous sessions.  

 A relaxed, informal and uplifting course that is suitable for all.


Immune Boosting Health Coaching 

This is a programme for boosting the body’s natural immune system and resistance. You will be guided to Identify your health goals
From Immune boosting nutrients to exercise and other lifestyle practices, we will be focussing on:

  • Immune Strength
  • Disease Resistance
  • Cleansing
  • Digestion
  • Exercise
  • Nutrition

There will be lots of yogic tips and tools to choose from to support and protect yourself from disease. From supplements, mindfulness to meditation, this course is suitable for anyone who wants to strengthen their body’s natural resistance.

Sessions are held over a six-week period on Fridays 12 noon – 3 pm over a six week period.

Cooking at Home with Simone

Our ‘Cooking at Home with Simone’ is a 6-week cookery course designed to promote healthy eating.

Simone is a mum of two, a crazy cold-water swimmer, yogi, wannabe triathlete, teaching assistant and massage therapist who loves life.
Each week via Zoom Simone will guide you to create fabulous recipes in your own kitchen.

You will learn how to:

  • Create plant-based cuisine that will tantalise the taste buds
  • Cook healthy snacks that you can eat on the go
  • Create nutritious meals using only the best ingredients

All the recipes use non-refined sugars and healthy fats, and the dishes are so tasty that you will want to make them again and again.

Each live course is limited to six people so that you will each have individual attention when needed and have easy interaction with all those on your course.

Should you require help before or after each session, we provide access to the course’s What’s App group-you can ask questions, gain tips and advice, or swap tips and experiences with other food lovers.

Once you sign up we will send you the full list of ingredients and equipment needed for the six recipes you will be following on the course.
This is an ideal course if you want to try something new, get healthier recipe ideas and have fun too. Places are limited so sign up now, get your apron out and glass of wine ready!

Self-development Course

Our self-development course is all about YOU and how YOU can live your best life.

We all get caught up in the rollercoaster of life that we forget to STOP and take time out for ourselves.

Ask yourself – when was the last time you have actually done something for YOU? Not hospital appointments, school runs, work or cooking dinner- Something for YOU!

Our six-week course is a mix of fun, with practical and written exercises that will help you understand who you are and what you really want out of life to help create a better life balance.

Throughout this course we will help you identify:

  • Who you are, your likes, your dislikes
  • What you do not want (it’s easier to define what you don’t want) to help you identify what you do want
  • What life balance means to you
  • Define clear goals and create steps on how to achieve self-love, self-care and self-empowerment

Each week we will build a self-love tool box that you can use in the future to ensure that you take care of your own needs and continue to have a high regard for your own well-being and happiness.

This course will be held at our health and wellness centre as soon as COVID 19 regulations allow.
